About the Project

“House Uni”  is the fifth project by our company. We have already completed or are in the process of completing projects such as “Jikia House”,  “Kikvidze House”, “ Samgori House”, and “Lisi House”. Following these, we began construction for a new project.   The project is being implemented with Georgian-Estonian investments, without bank loans. 

The residential area is located on 20a University Street, opposite the New Sports Palace and near the TSU Library. 

The plan includes constructing 15 residential buildings on a 6.2-hectare site. The buildings will range from 8 to 12 stories. Currently, construction of the 11-story “Building No. 7” and 12 story “Building No. 6” is ongoing, with completion expected in March 2025 and November 2025. Construction of Buildings 8, 9, and 10 has already been completed. 

In addition to the 15 residential buildings, 3-4-story commercial buildings are planned along University Street. These will be independent structures with spaces for various purposes. 

The residential complex will be fully equipped with multifunctional district infrastructure. 

The complex includes 21,670 square meters of recreational space, with a main square spanning 1 hectare. 

Apartments start from 44 square meters.

 Apartments are available in a fully “white-frame” condition.
