About Us

Since 2013, the company “Arci” and the Estonian company “FIRST TELECOM TRADING” have been collaboratively offering clients various conceptual projects focused on the development of urban residential complexes rather than individual homes. 

The first successful project of the Georgian-Estonian group was  “ Jikia House”, where a new residential complex was built on 5.5 hectares. The complex consists of 28 residential buildings, commercial spaces, recreational, and public areas. Today, it is considered one of the most attractive places to live in Tbilisi, with approximately 3,500 residents.

Since 2013, 55 residential buildings with a total area of 275,000 square meters have been constructed and commissioned. Over the past 10 years, the company’s investments have amounted to 100 million GEL.

House Uni

The complex is under construction on University Street (No. 20a), opposite the New Sports Palace. A total of 16 residential buildings are planned. Construction is underway on the fourth building (Building No. 7).

The complex is being developed at 19 Leo Kvachadze Street, 600 meters from Lisi Lake. A total of 14 residential buildings are planned. The first phase of the project—construction of 6 residential buildings—has been completed.

Samgori House

კომპლექსი შენდება მოსკოვის გამზირზე (#13), სამგორის მეტროდან 400 მეტრში. სულ დაგეგმილია 17 საცხოვრებელი სახლის მშენებლობა. ამ ეტაპზე დასრულებულია 14 სახლის სამშენებლო სამუშაოები და მიმდინარეობს 2 სახლის მშენებლობა (სახლი 13 და 14)

Spanning 5.5 hectares, this well-developed residential area consists of 28 residential buildings, commercial spaces, and recreational and public areas. With over 1,420 families residing here, it is considered one of the most attractive places to live.

This complex is located near the former Kikvidze Garden, at the intersection of Eristavi and Chkondideli Streets. It comprises seven residential buildings, with commercial spaces on the ground floors.
